- The Linguistics Research Center (LRC),
University of Texas, on Proto-Indo-European and early Indo-European dialects. Especially recommended are the free ebooks
on Indo-European Languages and Historical Linguistics
and early IE language lessons at Early Indo-European Online.
It is also related to the Journal of Indo-European Studies.
- The Indo-European Etymological Dictionary (IEED),
managed by the Department of Comparative Indo-European Linguistics at Leiden University, with some
etymological dictionaries of Indo-European dialects.
- The Tower of Babel project,
a lexicon project oriented to Indo-European, Eurasiatic, Nostratic and other language families, with
free databases
and software (IE.exe) for download.
Recommended is the
Indo-European database,
for queries on Proto-Indo-European lexicon.
- The Nostratica project,
on the Nostratic macrofamily of languages offers articles on Indo-European linguistics. Free online ebooks and articles
at the e-Library.
- Thesaurus Indogermanischer Text- und Sprachmaterialien (TITUS),
a joint project by European Universities to put Indo-European texts and materials online.
- The Perseus Project is an evolving digital library of resources for the study of the humanities.
Free tools and access to various types of materials on Greek and Latin.
- Indology is a discussion forum, a group of university scholars actively engaged in the study of the languages,
history and culture of India, from the ancient period to the Early Modern.
- Hittite Grammar and Lexicon, and
information on other Anatolian languages.
- Google Books Search is an excellent tool
to look for specific questions regarding Indo-European linguistics within any of the books published to date.
