Trademark and Service Mark Licence

The Dnghu Group's (Dnghu®) Network Members (Dnghu, Europaio, Europaiom) grant you the right to use Dnghu Trademarks and Service Marks (collectively the "trademarks"), provided that you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The owner of Dnghu marks must be clearly identified as the "Dnghu Group (Dnghu, Europaio, Europaiom)". For example, "Dnghu® is a registered trademark of the Dnghu Group; marks of Dnghu are registered and held by Carlos Quiles".
• Dnghu trademarks must be used only to
  1. describe or reference Dnghu, Europaio or Europaiom specifications, documents, software, or other works listed at the Dnghu web site (collectively, "Dnghu Works"), or
  2. describe non-Dnghu products that implement the required features and operations of Dnghu Works. Representations that products or services comply with Dnghu/Europaio/Europaiom specifications must clearly indicate that the representations are made by you, the licensee, and not by Dnghu.
• Dnghu Trademarks must only be used in a way that accurately reflects the STATUS associated with the Dnghu works. The STATUS of a Dnghu document describes the context in which the work was developed including the publication date, intellectual property disclosures (e.g., copyright or patent terms), location (URI), its publication level (Note, Working Draft,  Candidate Recommendation, Proposed Recommendation, Recommendation), and future expectations regarding the Dnghu work.
• Marks may not be used to indicate any kind of endorsement by the Dnghu, official status with respect to the Dnghu, or any kind of relationship with the Dnghu Group aside from a representation that the above requirements (1-3) have been met.
• Dnghu will audit the use of the Dnghu trademarks to determine compliance with these terms and conditions.
• IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DNGHU GROUP, EUROPAIO, EUROPAIOM, CARLOS QUILES OR ANY TRUSTEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF DNGHU TRADEMARKS, INCLUDING ECONOMIC DAMAGES AND LOST PROFITS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER DNGHU (DNGHU, EUROPAIO, EUROPAIOM) SHALL BE ADVISED, SHALL HAVE OTHER REASON TO KNOW, OR IN FACT SHALL KNOW OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE FOREGOING.

No right to create modifications or derivatives of Dnghu Trademarks is granted pursuant to this licence.
